Know Who We Are

Our Goal

Your house is one of your largest investments, but more than that it’s a place where you make memories and call home. It’s important that you protect your home with the right coverage that’s tailored to you and your needs.

Meet Your Agent

Protecting that investment can be essential for not only a mortgage but also peace-of-mind. Different policy features and coverage options can be overwhelming and even confusing at times. Our goal is to make the process simple and easy for you by helping you choose the right coverages, options and features that are important to you and fit into your budget.

Julie has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years and is driven by her commitment to help customers protect what matters most and recover when they have a claim. She took over an existing tenured Allstate Agency in 2022, with the goal to help more people in more ways. Julie has a passion for helping others and her focus on educating customers, going the extra mile, and putting other’s needs first is what sets her and the Agency a part. When more companies are focusing on the numbers and not the people, giving customers personalized and attentive service is what the Julie Hahn Agency is all about.

Why Julia Hahn Agency

Homeowners Insurance -

Divided into 5 different coverage sections described below:

We enjoy life sip by sip

Dwelling & Other Structures

The main part of any homeowners policy is the section that covers the main dwelling and is also how many of the other coverages are determined. Getting the right amount of coverage for your dwelling is imperative to make sure you are completely covered if you had a total loss. It’s not usually the amount that you paid for the house, but the cost to rebuild or replace your home. Our experienced agents can assist and advice you on what amount is right for you. The dwelling coverage can also be extended to separate or detached structures that are not part of the main dwelling and designated by clear space – things like a pool, hot tub, pool house, detached garage, storage unit, a gazebo or even a fence.

Personal Property

Personal Property is another way of saying your personal belongings. This would include all the things you put inside your house and would take with you if you moved – furniture, décor, clothing, electronics, and more – which are also major investments. Your homeowners policy can protect these items in case of a covered loss such as fire, theft, wind, hail, storm or other covered loss events that are sudden and accidental in nature.

Liability Insurance

Another way of looking at liability insurance is lawsuit protection. This coverage can protect you from the financial risk of accidents that happen on your property, as well as injury or damage you or your family might cause away from your property. And should the need arise, this coverage can also help provide legal services for such a case. If you’re unsure of the amount of protection you might need, we can help you determine the amount of liability insurance you might need to protect your financial well-being.

Medical Coverage

Medical coverage is meant to reimburse medical expenses incurred by guests who have had an accident on your property.

What Can Impact Your Insurance Premium?

Many customers want to know how the price of their insurance is determined. There are a lot of factors that determine the premium and it’s important to understand what those are and which ones you can control when it comes to lowering your premium. Here is a short list of some of the major factors:

· Age of your home

· The age of your roof, type, and shape

· Your personal loss history (# of claims in last 5 years)

· Your credit and the city/area you live in

· Time period of continuous insurance coverage

· Your home’s distance from a fire hydrant or fire station

· The coverage limits you choose for both dwelling and personal property

· The deductibles you choose (higher deductible = lower premium)

· Discounts and credits available (i.e., protective devices, multiple policies, etc.)

We will work closely with you to make sure you understand your coverages and that your policy provides the protection you need while fitting into your budget.
